SOUTH EAST LEADERS
South-east leaders have pledged their readiness to support moves geared towards promoting a united Nigeria.
The South-east leaders who made the pledge in a meeting at Enugu with a presidential delegation to the region, also called for a security operation to flush out criminals and killer herdsmen from the forests of the region
They also urged President Muhammad Buhari to look into the demands of the region emphasising that Southeast people believe in one Nigeria.
The presidential delegation was led by the Chief of Staff to the President, Ibrahim Gambari while other Members of the delegation include the Minister of Information, Lai Mohammed, all ministers from the South-east and the Inspector-General of Police, Mohammed Adamu.
