Meanwhile, an educationist Dr Ochuko Akpeme has advocated a general overhaul of the entire police force.
Dr Akeme also wants the federal government to set a minimum standard of education for any one that should be recruited into the police force.
The educationist however advised the federal government to improve the welfare of policemen in the force for optimal performance.
