Emphasising the need for leaders to honour God with their offices, privileges and positions, the Conference President, Providence-Delta Baptist Conference, Dr Nathan Thikan, harped on the importance of leaders to do what needs to be done while in power so as to leave a lasting legacy for the next generation.

Teaching on the strategies of habits, the Conference President called on leaders to grow in the study of the word, the practice of sacrifice, servanthood, and stewardship, as there is no better way to live than to impact others for God.

Dr Thikan enjoined leaders as well as followers to develop their heads, hearts, hand and habits for God so as to be used to impact generations for His glory.

Some of the participants like the Vice-Chairman, Providence-Delta Baptist Conference, Dr Ambrose Akpotor, the Conference Deacons’ Chairman, Deacon Josiah Etajero, and others spoke of their experiences and how they intend to impact their local church and society at large.

The third edition of the Providence-Delta Baptist Conference Summit has come and gone, but the participants left with the mindset of having an impact that will be felt for generations to come.
