Protesters in Kyrgystan have called for the country’s parliamentary election to be annulled.
Reports show that the protesters have broken into the parliament in the capital.
The break-in follows a day of clashes with police who dispersed crowds with water cannon and tear gas which lead to nearly two persons being injured and one dead.
President Jeenbekov has appealed for a return to order.
He has met with the opposition party leaders and said he would annul the results of the election if necessary.
