The law faculty, Delta State University, Oleh has been thrown into a state of mourning following the death of a student Jeffrey Teenumah Omatsye.
The student who is in his final year was found dead in the swimming pool of a hotel in Oleh.
It was not immediately clear if the student died by drowning but his body was said to have been found in the swimming pool of the hotel Wednesday morning.
The school authorities could not be reached for comments but it was gathered that the examination scheduled for Wednesday has been postponed to next week.
Reports say a candle high vigil will be held by students of the school in honour of their dead colleague; Jeffrey Omatseye.
